I. Overview of oil drum heater:
The viscous liquid or frozen content in the barrel can be easily taken out after heating the outside barrel wall. The materials include adhesive, grease, tar, paint, paraffin, oil and various resin raw materials. By heating the barrel body, the viscosity drops so that the circulation pump output can be reduced. Therefore, the device is not affected by season and can be used all year round. Oil Integrated with thermostat controller, Oil Drum Heater working temperature can be adjusted and controlled.
Two, the characteristics of the oil barrel heater:
The surface of the oil drum heater is equipped with a temperature controller, through which the temperature is directly controlled (generally 30-150 degrees). It is commonly used for heating and heat preservation of 200 litre standard oil drum, and is also widely used for heating of other drums and heat preservation of valves.

Six. Installation requirements of oil drum heater:
1. When installing, the silicon rubber surface of the electric heater should contact with the surface of oil drum and tank completely.
2. In order to reduce heat loss, an insulation layer should be added to the outer side of the electric heater.
3. Overlapped or wound installation is strictly prohibited to prevent overheating and damage.
